PayConnect's role
PayConnect helps businesses create and manage online business tools. This may include business websites, hosted pages, service pages, product pages, payment request pages, invoice records, receipt records, customer records, and dashboard activity records.

- We review accounts and content to reduce fraud, misuse, deception, and unsupported activity.

What PayConnect does not provide
PayConnect is not a bank, card network, acquiring bank, card issuer, payment processor, payment facilitator, money transmitter, stored value provider, lender, investment adviser, broker, merchant of record, or regulated financial institution.
PayConnect does not itself provide banking, acquiring, card issuing, money transmission, stored value, lending, investment, underwriting, settlement, or regulated payment services. Any actual payment processing or related regulated service, where available, is provided by independent third party providers and is subject to their separate approval, eligibility rules, supported regions, and terms.
Business review
We may review business users before or after providing access to certain features. The purpose of review is to understand the business, confirm the website or use case, reduce misuse, and protect customers and the platform.
- Business name, registration details, business address, website, and business activity.
- Primary contact details, including name, email, phone number, and role.
- Information about products, services, pricing, fulfillment, refund rules, and customer support.
- Supporting documents where needed to confirm business identity, authority, website ownership, or service legitimacy.
- Confirmation that submitted information is true, current, complete, and authorized.
Acceptable use
Businesses must use PayConnect only for lawful, honest, and supported business activity. Website content, checkout pages, invoice descriptions, customer records, product descriptions, service descriptions, prices, policies, and receipts must be accurate and not misleading.
- Use your real business identity and accurate contact information.
- Describe products and services clearly.
- Show accurate prices, delivery expectations, cancellation terms, and refund rules where applicable.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, refund requests, and support matters in a timely and honest way.
- Keep your website, checkout pages, invoice tools, and customer records consistent with your approved business purpose.
Prohibited and unsupported use
PayConnect may refuse, restrict, or remove access if a business, website, product, service, user, or activity appears unlawful, deceptive, harmful, unsupported, or high risk.
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, impersonation, or unauthorized activity.
- False, misleading, unsupported, or deceptive claims about products, services, pricing, delivery, refunds, business identity, or customer outcomes.
- Products or services that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Unlicensed or unauthorized financial services, money transmission, stored value, investment products, securities, lending, debt collection, credit repair, or similar activity.
- Gambling, games of chance, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, or prize promotions unless legally permitted and expressly approved in writing.
- Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or products restricted by law.
- Adult content or adult services that are unlawful, exploitative, non consensual, or lacking required controls.
- Multi level marketing, pyramid schemes, get rich quick schemes, fake job offers, or other deceptive income opportunities.
- Cash equivalent activity, unauthorized stored value, quasi cash, money orders, gift cards, or similar activity unless expressly approved in writing.
- Business models with excessive refunds, excessive disputes, unclear fulfillment, misleading billing, unsupported subscriptions, or customer complaint patterns.
Website and hosting safety
Website and hosting related services must be used responsibly. We may review website content, landing pages, forms, images, links, policies, product descriptions, service descriptions, and business information for consistency and safety.
- Websites must not impersonate another business or misrepresent ownership, location, pricing, services, or results.
- Websites must not contain malware, phishing pages, unauthorized data collection, fake support flows, or misleading forms.
- Businesses must have rights to use all logos, trademarks, images, videos, documents, code, and content provided for website use.
- Hosting may be restricted or suspended for abuse complaints, security risk, unlawful content, unpaid fees, policy violations, or provider requirements.
Checkout and invoice safety
PayConnect checkout page tools, payment request pages, invoice tools, receipt records, and customer records must not be used to mislead customers or hide the true nature of a transaction.
- Invoice and checkout descriptions must clearly describe what the customer is paying for.
- Businesses must not create fake invoices, fake receipts, fake customer records, or misleading payment requests.
- Businesses must not use checkout pages or invoices for products, services, or business models that violate these policies.
- Businesses must not collect or store raw card numbers, security codes, or sensitive payment credentials in notes, messages, files, custom fields, or customer records.
Data protection
PayConnect is designed to limit unnecessary handling of sensitive information. We use business information, customer records, website information, account information, and support information to provide, secure, review, and improve the Services.
- Access to business and customer information is limited to authorized personnel and approved operational purposes.
- Sensitive records should be provided only when necessary and only through approved channels.
- Records are retained only as needed for business, legal, security, tax, dispute, support, audit, or compliance purposes.
- Businesses are responsible for providing their own customer privacy notices where required.

Security practices
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the Services, but every business user also has responsibility for account security.
- Use strong passwords and keep login credentials private.
- Restrict account access to authorized users only.
- Keep domain, hosting, email, and website access secure.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, website compromise, domain compromise, or data exposure.
- Do not attempt to bypass, test, disable, overload, scrape, or interfere with PayConnect security controls without written permission.
Third party services
Some PayConnect features may connect with or depend on independent third party service providers, such as checkout providers, payment providers, identity verification providers, hosting providers, domain providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication providers, or other business service providers.
- Third party services are controlled by the relevant third party provider, not PayConnect.
- Third party services may require separate approval, separate accounts, separate pricing, separate policies, and separate terms.
- Third party providers may approve, reject, delay, restrict, suspend, or terminate access according to their own rules and legal obligations.
- PayConnect is not responsible for third party provider decisions, outages, errors, fees, restrictions, processing delays, account holds, service interruptions, or policy enforcement.
Reviews and restrictions
PayConnect may review, pause, restrict, or close access to features if a business appears unsupported, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, inconsistent with its stated use, or in violation of these policies.
- We may request updated business information, website details, product details, service details, customer support records, refund records, fulfillment proof, or other supporting information.
- We may restrict websites, hosting, checkout pages, invoice tools, account access, customer records, or related features while reviewing a concern.
- We may remove content, disable pages, decline setup work, refuse service, or terminate access where appropriate.
- We may share relevant information with independent third party service providers where needed to provide the Services, protect users, respond to requests, or meet applicable obligations.
Report a concern
If you suspect fraud, unauthorized account use, prohibited activity, security issues, misleading content, invoice abuse, checkout page misuse, or other misuse of PayConnect, contact us.
