Overview

PayConnect-tt provides financial technology services to business customers. Services are delivered by our US entity Main Lite Technology USA, Inc. with partner institutions in supported regions. This page summarizes our public compliance posture.

AML/CFT Program (Public Summary)

  • Risk-based program with Board oversight and a designated Compliance Officer.
  • Enterprise risk assessment that covers customers, geography, products and delivery channels.
  • Documented SAR/STR escalation process through our sponsoring partners where applicable.
  • Recordkeeping for at least seven years with audit trails.
A detailed AML/CFT Program Manual is available to partners on request or under NDA.

KYC and KYB

We verify businesses and beneficial owners and we verify individual cardholders. We request standard documents such as formation records, government ID, proof of address and ownership details. Higher risk profiles may require enhanced due diligence.

Sanctions and PEP Screening

We screen all parties against OFAC, UN, EU and UK lists and we identify PEPs. Potential matches are reviewed before activation and on an ongoing basis.

Monitoring and Card Controls

  • MCC allowlist and country allowlist applied per partner rules.
  • Per-card and per-account limits with velocity checks.
  • ATM access disabled by default during the pilot. We can enable later with limits.
  • 3DS or SCA where required. Investigation and case management for alerts.

Data Protection and Privacy

We encrypt data at rest and in transit, apply least-privilege access and retain compliance records for seven years. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Staff Training and Independent Review

Personnel who handle onboarding, monitoring or support receive initial and annual compliance training. Our program is reviewed periodically by an independent function or advisor.

Acceptable Use

We restrict prohibited or high-risk uses. Examples include cash-like transactions, gambling, illicit goods and unlawful activity. See the full Acceptable Use Policy.

Check the status of your onboarding. We show whether your application is accepted or declined and any reasons that were provided. Status is based on the KYC and KYB you have submitted.
