What is PayConnect?

PayConnect is a global, multi-currency payments platform. You can accept payments, hold balances in supported currencies, and you choose when to convert or pay out to your bank. Funds remain in their original currency until you convert or pay out to a different currency.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on your region, payment method, and risk profile. Card processing, payout, and currency conversion fees apply. Rates and fees are shown before you confirm. Volume discounts and custom pricing are available for eligible businesses.

Which payment methods are supported?

We support major cards, bank transfers, and selected local payment methods where available. You can use payment links and a hosted checkout so customers can pay without leaving your page. Specific methods vary by country and partner eligibility.

What is a multi-currency account and how does it work?

You can accept and hold supported currencies in separate balances. Conversion is optional and happens only when you choose to convert or when you pay out to a bank in a different currency. We show the rate and any fees before you confirm the conversion.

How fast are payouts to my bank?

Payout timing depends on the corridor, currency, bank cutoffs, and compliance review. Many corridors fund within two to five business days. Your dashboard shows scheduled payout dates and amounts so you know what is on the way.

Do I need a website to start?

No. You can start with payment links or our hosted checkout page. If you do not have a site, we can provide a simple landing page to accept payments.

Can I issue refunds?

Yes. You can issue full or partial refunds from the dashboard. Funds return to the customer’s original payment method and you can track the status in real time. Networks may take a few days to display the refund on the customer statement.

How are disputes and chargebacks handled?

When a dispute occurs you are alerted in the dashboard. You can upload evidence and track the case. We provide guidance to reduce chargebacks and fraud. Outcomes and timelines are determined by card networks and banks. Dispute fees may apply.

Is PayConnect secure and compliant?

Payments are encrypted and tokenized. We follow PCI DSS requirements through certified partners and support 3D Secure where applicable. We do not store raw card numbers. Data handling follows applicable regulations for the regions we serve.

Can I split payments or pay vendors and partners?

Marketplace payouts and split payments are available to eligible businesses and may require additional onboarding and partner approval. Availability varies by region and use case. Contact us to assess your specific requirements.

Do you support subscriptions as well as one-time payments?

Yes. You can create recurring plans and charge one time. With customer consent you can save a tokenized payment method for future billing. Invoices and emailed receipts are included.

What do I need to get approved?

Provide basic business details, a valid ID for the account owner, your business address, and a bank account for payouts. Extra documents may be requested based on region, industry, or risk review. Certain industries are restricted by our partners.

Can I test before going live?

Yes. You have a test mode to simulate payments, webhooks, and receipts. When you are ready, switch to live mode and begin accepting real transactions.

Does the checkout work on mobile?

Yes. The hosted checkout and links are responsive and support popular mobile wallets where available. A dedicated PayConnect mobile app is in development for on the go control.

Do you store customer card details?

We do not store raw card data. Payment details are tokenized by PCI certified partners. With customer permission you can keep a tokenized payment method on file for faster future checkouts.

Where can I see fees, taxes, and FX?

Your dashboard shows per transaction fees, payout summaries, and any currency conversions with the rate used. You can export reports for bookkeeping and reconciliation. Taxes and withholding depend on your jurisdiction.

What support do I get after setup?

Support levels vary by plan. Launch Access includes email support. Built For You and Pro Partner include priority assistance for onboarding and technical questions. We also provide implementation guidance for developers.
